We are pleased to announce that we have penetrated the
Nashville market with the addition of Deborah L. Wagnon as of counsel
to our firm. Deborah, who was previously a partner in Nashville with the
distinguished entertainment attorney, John Mason, and more recently a
partner in the Atlanta offices of Greenberg Traurig, has returned to Nashville,
which has always remained "home" to her. Deborah, who will continue
to build her practice in entertainment and sports law, will be acting
as of counsel to a local Nashville firm, Cornelius & Collins, which
specializes in litigation and corporate law, and will act as of counsel
to our firm in all matters relating to entertainment law. We welcome Deborah
and are excited about entering the Nashville music scene.
Deborah joins our other "satellite" offices in New York, and
Santa Barbara. We are very excited to have her on board and are already
practicing our diction under the direction of Wofford Denius, our Texas
